Shipping & Returns
Your order will be ready to ship in 30-60 days in case of a ready-to-wear item, and up to 90 days in case of a custom order.
Free Shipping on all orders over 500 NIS.
Orders under 500 NIS will be charged with 20 NIS fee.
All orders are sent via UPS or DHL which takes between 1-3 business days to arrive. We will send you tracking information so you can track your package.
Express worldwide shipping fee - 70 NIS
Once your item has been shipped you will be notified of your estimated delivery date via email. Please allow 1-5 working days to receive your order. Orders will be shipped via DHL or UPS.
*Please note, international deliveries may be subject to additional handling charges. Taxes and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges vary and are calculated and charged when your package reaches its destination country. Please contact your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied to your delivery.
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. (Custom made dresses can not be returned or exchanged).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you can exchange items within our specified timeframe. Please try on the gown after a shower to avoid contact with moisturiser, deodorant or makeup. Additionally, please try on your gown on a clean floor.
All items will undergo further quality control upon return. Exchanges are only available after the items have passed quality control.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom made products (such as special orders or personalised items).
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
All return orders have a 10% restocking fee. You will be refunded for the value of the item, not include the shipping charge you paid.
The return cost of any item is at the expense of the sender.
Please make sure to include the invoice or your details in the package. Unnamed packages will not be refunded.
